SPEC is working.
Everything a customer touches is working. Some optional extras are not switched on — they are listed below and none of them stop anybody using SPEC.
Working. People can sign up and sign in.

Working. The key was accepted and the sending domain is verified.
The key works, but the Anthropic account has run out of credit, so every reading is refused. Problems are still logged, ranked and assigned — they just get the simple reading rather than the full one.
To fix it: Top up at console.anthropic.com → Billing. It starts working again by itself — no redeploy.
Working. Checkout can start, and SPEC will hear back from Stripe when somebody pays.
When an owner’s five minutes gets stuck it is logged, but nobody at SPEC is emailed.
To fix it: Add SPEC_ALERT_EMAIL (the person at SPEC who helps) in Vercel: Settings → Environment Variables, then redeploy.
Working. A business can link its Xero and see its profit.

Every line is asked fresh except whether a problem gets read properly, which is asked once every fifteen minutes — that one costs a fraction of a penny each time, and this page has no sign-in on it. It names no business and no person, and never shows the value of a setting.
